How is the profit calculation done?
After you setup your account, you can update the cost (purchase/manufacture) of your product(s). When an order is synced from your amazon account, you normally get all the details including the taxes and marketplace fees. With this, when you input the cost of your product, you get to see the exact profit that you make out of each order.
Can I see my old orders and settlements as well?
Yes, you can see and analyze your old orders and settlements. Except that, you will have manually sync them. All the new orders and settlements will be automatically synced.
How does the feedback request feature work?
Feedback request emails will be sent for every order that got shipped before a certain number of days. You can configure this duration, by default it is 10.
Let's say you have configured the number of days as 10 and today is 26th. Emails will be sent to customers to whom your orders got shipped on the 16th, automatically.
You can even repeat the feedback request emails by fixing set intervals between the reptition mails.
Can I schedule the feedback request email at my own choice?
Absolutely, you can schedule at whatever time of the day you want the feedback request email to be sent.
You can even choose a day of the week to be sent. In this case, feedback email will be sent once in a week on that day, covering the orders that got shipped on the whole of the week before the configured number of days.
How is the feedback email sent?
The feedback emails will carry your logo that you can upload it while setting up and sent from your email address.
What all marketplace operators you support?
Right now, only Amazon marketplace is supported. But soon, all the other operators will be supported.
Can I add my employees to my business account?
Yes, you can add as many employees as you want. You can control what your employees can do with your business account.
For example, you can let one employee to monitor your inventory but review the order details, and another employee to just review the orders but should not alter any other data like your marketplace account credentials.
How does it help with my GST report filing?
